About the role

You will build the web platforms, MVPs and integrations our clients and co-ventures run on, working with AI agents as part of how you code and test.

What you will do

Build web applications from database to interface, for clients and for our own products
Turn a founder’s idea into an MVP in weeks, then harden it for real users
Connect our systems to client tools: Microsoft 365, payments, CRMs, IoT and building systems
Design data models and APIs that are simple to change later
Write tests, keep releases boring and fix what users report quickly
Use coding agents well, and review what they write as carefully as a colleague’s work
Care for performance, accessibility and security on every screen
Prepare clean frontend handovers when a client’s own team takes over

What we look for

Three or more years building production web applications
TypeScript and a modern framework; SQL you are proud of
You have shipped something real users depend on
You already use AI tools in your daily work, and know when to check what they produce
Clear written English; Spanish or Arabic is a plus
You care about performance, accessibility and clean handovers

Nice to have

Real-time features: live boards, chat, presence
Mobile web and offline-first apps
Payments and multi-tenant SaaS
Some design sense, or close work with designers

Who you work with

You work with a project lead, an AI engineer and a designer, on one product at a time, with a senior engineer reviewing architecture and code.

A typical week

Planning with the team on Monday, with clear goals for the week
Building features end to end, reviewed the same day
Time with users or the client to see what works and what does not
A release or a demo before the week ends

Features that ship on time and stay working
Code the next person can change without fear
Users who notice the product getting better every week
