Integrated platform design covering the full venue technology stack. We conduct a complete system inventory, identify integration gaps, and design an interoperability framework that connects disparate systems into a coherent operational picture — CCTV, ACS, IDS, ticketing, transport, communications, and more.

Centralised operations platform with real-time dashboards, multi-feed alert aggregation, and structured incident escalation workflows. Decision-makers see everything in one place. Incident response times drop. Coordination across venues happens in real time — not via radio and spreadsheet.

Unified digital credential design integrating identity verification, ticketing, transport entitlement, and payment capability. We design the access control architecture, system integrations, and operational procedures — from fan journey mapping to edge case handling.

Readiness Testing (TREx)

Technology Readiness Exercise design and full execution — stress testing, failure simulation, multi-venue coordination rehearsal, and live-day rehearsal. We've reduced complex readiness planning from 3 days of manual work to under one minute. Nothing goes live before it's been broken and fixed in simulation.
