Why it exists

The whole visit, designed by the venue

A resort or attraction is a small city. Guests arrive not knowing where anything is, what is open or what is on today, and they ask the staff. This gives every guest a digital guide to the venue, and gives the operator full control of it.

The problem
  • Guests get lost on large sites, and public maps don’t show the venue’s own paths, buildings and services.
  • Opening hours, menus and the day’s programme change daily and live on printed boards.
  • Front desks and staff answer the same questions all day.
  • Once guests are inside, the operator has no direct way to reach them or to fill the next activity.
What changes for people
  • Guests open a link or scan a code, and the venue guide installs and works offline, even with no signal.
  • They see where they are, find any place and follow the route along the venue’s own paths, with a walking time.
  • Each place shows photos, hours, live status, phone and menu; the programme can be saved to My Day and booked.
  • An AI concierge answers in the guest’s language, using only the venue’s own information.
The business case
  • Fewer questions at the front desk and information points.
  • More activities, tables and treatments booked, straight from the guest’s phone.
  • No dependency on public map providers: the venue owns its map, its routes and its data.
  • One back office feeds the phone app, touch kiosks and signage, with live alerts to every guest.
The back office

Design the visit, without a developer

Operators set up the map, the routes, the places and the programme themselves, then publish to every guest.

Your own map

The venue’s own site plan becomes the map. No Google Maps, no public tiles, and it keeps working offline.

Routes you draw

Staff draw the footpaths on the map, point by point. The app finds the way along them; broken links are highlighted so nothing is left unconnected.

You are here

Pin a few known spots to their GPS position and the map lines up with the real site, so each guest sees where they stand and how long the walk is.

Every place, configured

Icon, category, position, description, photos, phone, opening hours or sessions, and which guest packages include it.

Menus and bookings

Menus with allergens per outlet, and a booking form for restaurants, spa, golf or activities. Requests arrive in the back office to confirm or decline.

Live status and alerts

Mark a place open, busy or closed, and post an announcement banner that every guest sees at once.

The day’s programme

Morning, afternoon and evening activities for each day of the week, with place and time.

Staff roles

Reception, restaurants, spa, entertainment and managers each get their own access.

A visit, step by step

From the gate to the last show

What a guest does, in the order they do it.

1

Scan and arrive

A QR code or link opens the guide; it offers to install for offline use.

2

Find the way

Map or list, filters and instant search; a you-are-here dot and a route along the venue’s paths.

3

Ask the concierge

An AI concierge answers in the guest’s language: what is on, where to eat, how to get there. It never invents prices or hours.

4

Plan the day

Save activities to My Day, book them, and get a reminder before each one starts.
